In the following report, I will talk about what occured during FTX balance transaction with Alex Wice. Transaction took place at roughly 7% of claim value ($900k) with idea that it settles as claim in bankruptcy. These claims are currently being transacted in the realm of 45% of claim value.
Timeline of events:
During my brief period of having access to alex.wice@gmail.com FTX account, I have exported historical data that is attached below.
Deposit history Withdrawal history Trade historyCreating a proof that I'm behind this transfer is tricky, but not impossible. Due to my lack of foresight at time I foolishly used Binance to send these funds. Suppose that transfer was done from i.e. EOA I would simply sign a message verifying that I'm in control of that address and authorize this website. However, Binance emails include a DKIM signature and if required I can verify this with indepedant parties as one of the email headers includes "To" field and revealing my email publicly is simply not something I prefer. Another option might be creating read-only api keys.
Once agreement was reached, I sent a transaction to Alex Wice just 10 minutes after which another address sent transaction in which similar amount in USDC was transfered. My assumption is that this was most likely another victim.
Luckily, this person doesn't have any sort of sophistication and uses small set of addresses for their blockchain activities.
i.e. Spending $175k on Irene DAO NFTs which they publicized on Twitter, or paying artist shizzy.eth for Rollbit art piece just to name the few.

Shortly after pulling off a scam, Alex Wice hosted twitter spaces call. Fairly brazen to do so, in following attachment is a snippet from spaces call that I suggest you listen to [48:50-49:30] in original audio file.
BUSD Transfer: 1668118823000 [Thu Nov 10 2022 22:20:23 GMT+0000]
Tweet & spaces call started: 1668176467000 [Fri Nov 11 2022 14:21:07 GMT+0000]
Alright going live in 10 min, I'm tired as fuck been a long week but let's just start talking and I think I'll invite others to talk too.

Just in case following tweet & audio have been archived and you can might want to use this in the future.
As time went on I assumed Alex Wice would step away from being a public figure, but that has not happened. I don't expect to have my money back but I think it would be helpful to publicize illegal behaviour like this and ensure that other people don't enter business dealings with this person ever again.
